I also loved this game. It was great fun. Especially lighting people on fire.

No - but you can get it pretty cheap through Good Old Games among others.

I think it comes with the movie, which you may be able to find cheap. 

I also thought the movie wasnt that bad either.

It was definitely one of the better video game based movies; at least it had a bunch of references to the game.

Short bit of full frontal male nudity aside....lol.
