Yeah, it really turned into a pretty intense game. Went all the way through 12 innings!

And to think, Detroit shouldn't have even had to go to this point. One of their key players spent this last weekend being drunk. He was 3 times the legal limit for driving the morning of one of their last games before this. He ended up going like 0-11 throughout that last series. Winning any one of those games would have been enough, and while you can't say his actions were the reason they're now sitting out and looking in, it's kind of hard to look around it.

After Detroit won their last head to head, the Tigers had a 96% chance of winning the divsion based on history ... making this a pretty historic collapse.
