Okay so the buyer I sent a disk to received the case messed up. I had it I must admit a bit scratched outside, but not in the condition he describes. Take full responsibility for it. However I am a new member and need the feedback to be positive, so my question is. What feedback would I receive? The disk's work, but the case seems to be messed up. What feedback would he leave to me?

Thanks.

The correct feedback would be a +5, assuming the game works properly. The state you send something out in doesn't matter. The only thing the buyer can rate you on is the condition it arrives in.

Hopefully that is the case.

Is there someway of leaving the buyer a 50+ tip? I am sorry for the condition of his case.

Nope, all you could do is buy him points or trade credits, but if you packaged it properly and it is legitimately not your fault, I wouldn't worry about it. It happens. If it is somehow your fault though, that's a different story...
