Im gunna change mine again soon - its been about a week and a half and thats a little too long for me. I like to get a new one every week or less but sometimes I will reuse the ones I really like.
I put yearly because I've only had two different images. One was of me at eagle's nest and my current one is of me surfing.

I've never changed mine here. I've only changed it once on CAG in years. I've not changed it on PSN ever. I've not changed it on 360 since the Hamlet 2 pics came up, although I used to change it quite often there, and may change it back to my panther now that hockey season has started again.
