Possible bug in shipping cost calculation

I have recently received a request for Gears of War Refresh, which most probably know is a 2 disc edition of the game.  When I went to purchase my shipping label through Goozex it stated that it was over the limit for First Class Mailing and needed to be shipped priority.  It then asked me to pay $10+ to ship it (domestic).

I went to the post office and used their scale and it weighed 6.8 oz fully packed.  This is well under the 13oz limit for First Class mailings.  

Is it possible that Goozex is using the weight of 2 full-package games instead of  the weight for 1 full-package game + 1 disc only game when calculating the shipping of a 2 disc product (or just this product)?  6.8 * 2 would be over 13oz, which is why I wonder that.  Whatever the cause, though, it's definitely over charging.

Anyway, felt I'd bring it up in hopes of saving future goozers a trip to the post office if they run into this and don't have their own scale to use.

I have heard from time to time of the weights being off when using Goozex to ship. Get a cheap scale and input the weight youself is the best idea.

if you do decide to buy a scale; use paypal instead of Goozex Shipping; it's cheaper

I read the tip about paypal shipping but I haven't tried it yet.  When it works right it's inexpensive enough for me to just use what's here.

 on average, less than 2.25 for a game on paypal

Cheap indeed, I may try it for my next game.  I'd like to see Goozex improve their process so they can compete with that.  One-stop-shop is the win.
