Just a heads up on the shipping time for new releases with the program.
I bit on Uncharted 2 on Monday/Tuesday at about 2AM and I got it today (Thursday)!
I gotta say, I was definitely prepared for the worst and thought I might not get the game for at least a week or two but this was really great service. I've had plenty of regular Amazon orders (albeit with free super-saver shipping) that have taken over twice this long.
The price may seem steep, but at least they're not screwing you over on shipping.

They definitely send this stuff out quick. Ordered mine yesterday morning, got the game in my hand today. Insane! I'll be a loyal exchange user from now on!

Is there a list of what is being offerd in the Exchange? All I know about is Uncharted and a few select titles you guys mentioned.

I think Red Faction should either be removed or drastically lowered in price as it now has more available copies than demand.
Replace it with Fallout GOTY or Borderlands.
