Why do poeple keep saying they are insulted? That doesn't even make sense to be insulted by this because guess what...YOU DONT HAVE TO USE THE EXCHANGE...if you don't like it, don't use it and stop complaining that "Goozex is a mean bully who insults people".

If goozex were an MMO this would have been a good point sink. But even tho "points are not money" for many users they are valuable.
I believe more than the feedback monitoring, the more obvious lack of "buys" will provide the most useful info for the GZ bean counters.
Bottom line, crying wont help. But voting with our "points" will indicate a preference.

S.U.I.Z.I.D.:Some people are loosing faith in getting new, hot releases. That's why you have hundreds of users with THOUSANDS of points which they can not apply to their "wanted" items since they are not available.

The only decent deal on here is Cars on Bluray for 800 points (And that's only because Diney charges 30 for it at walmart). Everything else is too old for those kind of prices. The bigggest rip off is 1000 points for DVD, I mean seriously who is going to buy Wall-E for 1400 on DVD. If watchmen was Bluray Inot DVD for 1000 points I might have bought it, but I'm wasting that many points on a DVD.
The biggest crime here is that every single game they offer is probably in overstock at Amazon because people have stopped buying them. There is no game that is less than a month old, the closest is Wolfenstien and I haven't heard good things about that one. Bottom line, titles are either underperforming (Red Faction, Ghostbusters, Wolfenstien, Okami) sports titles that will drop dramatically in price in the next six months (NCAA 10, Tiger Wodds 10, Fight Night) or so overperforming that there is a huge surplus (Dark Knight, Mario Kart, Cars)
What seems to be going on here is Amazon unloading it overstock to goozex for cheap and them getting some of the points out of the system. I'm not saying this is necessarily a terrible thing, if someone doees actually get these game and put them back in the system then everyone wins but I don't think many people are going to bite.

if someone trades away something they like in hopes of getting something else they like and is not able to they will not be happy about it
