Is this right? When and why can't you find an answer in print?

 

  I joined.  I traded and sent out exceptional stuff for the most part, always got great feedback.  Built up to have 5/5 and points issued to me when I accept a trade from my Offers.  Then, had a problem with a shipment that dragged on and on (not going into details but Goozex and I don't like each other over it) and I got tagged with a Negative I couldn't fix even though I demonstrated going above and beyond and the other party being ecstatic about my proposed effort.  

  So now I look fine minus the undeserved black eye from Goozex, so I'm trying to repair things (ONE issue, not 15 like others I've seen around here that keep on going somehow!) and pop up a title.  Gets a match, I accept it and now under My Account, etc. it says I'm not going to get the points until a Positive Feedback is received?

  That's fine, but WHY is this not listed anywhere a human can find it around here?  Is that normal, to be that positive with one negative and get put on hold?  Does it go away after this one transaction gets cleared to show it was a fluke and it's all good?  I CAN'T FIND IT!  

  I don't have time to waste for hours digging, I went to all the normal places and ? marks for an explanation and there is none.  Period, so don't tell me to go read the FAQ or this and that.  Only place would be buried inside a huge Forums thread, which is outrageous because it should be in the FAQs or something explaining it clearly so you know what is being done to you.  Otherwise it's the usual 'eh, we make it up as we go along' Goozex policy I'm seriously growing to detest.

  Anyone aware of any of this?  Something change that wasn't listed in any announcements, etc.?

Apparently the FAQ has nothing about morons with cameras or respect for a signature line.  She'll catch something and they'll both end up paying for being morons.

I'm so proud of all you brainchildren who pretend to waste 30 seconds of your life and then lie about it here.  Speaks volumes of the problems that keep popping up.

It's buried, that's at the bottom of a HUGE page that should be broken up into sections or have hotlinks because by the time you get anywhere near it - you could give a (#*%R(# less and can only presume you're looking in the wrong place.

This was a problem, not day-to-day operations.  So I looked in the sections of the FAQs that actually applied to the problem and it's NOT there.  So after wasting tons of time, not your imaginary 30 second crap, I did hit that page but long before the realistic time it takes to get all the way down there to read the one-liner under 'Trading' generically instead of under headings dealing with problems as it should be...  It's ridiculous and needs to be updated. 

Considering where we're talking about, obviously that's not going to happen anytime before I die.  Was bad enough in the last incident without having an explanations and screen-reading monkey's replies ending up giving me a black eye, this just makes it more ignorant.  More important to play with things that generate revenue like Movies instead of being responsible to those who got you there.
