It wouldn't allow multiple votes over my PC...BUT, no issue with voting a second time over my PS3's web browser.

Voted twice today, it let me vote once using IE and another time using Firefox.

I just voted using Firefox, Google Chrome, and IE. However, it doesn't look like the vote count changed at all, unless it takes a while to update?
