i'm figuring the usual weight for a bubble mailer and a standard edition complete 360 game (case, manual & disc) is usually around 8 oz.  i've shipped a few games here and on ebay and just use that weight always with no probs so far.  halo 3 is probably the heaviest (bigger manual than usual and foldout thingy) i've shipped and it did fine with 8 oz shipping.

just wondering if i'm cutting it too close or if i'm paying for an extra ounce (17 cents).

I usually ship 360 and PS3 games out at 6 ounces. For some that are a bit heavier, I do 7 ounces

I just put down 10 cause its a nice even number and although it's a few cents more I don't worry about getting it returned or something

Invest in a digital kitchen scale and you'll find they are often 4-5oz.  I got one at target for like $15.

It also helps me making perfectly even burgers.

you hand them around 75 cents - $1.00 more in shipping. not worth it.

I take all of my packages to the APC. 8 oz seems a little heavy for 360 games. I think the vast majority of mine are between 6-7 oz, with probably the low 6s being the most common.

cool, think i'll do less postage for now on, save me 17-34 cents (1-2 ounces of postage) per game mailed.

thx

hmm, i just shipped some psp games and they weighed about the same as 360 games (disc and case are twice the size of psp), interesting.
