I'm selling my skateboard for 30 dollars so i can get MW2. Maybe that can give you some ideas.
Just get an xbox 360 pro. Or try to get your mom to cover the tax and borrow 10 bucks from a friend.
You could (if your mother has decent credit) go onto the sony style website and have her apply for a sony style credit card. It gives you 100$ back on a one time purchase of 299.99 as credit on the card; which makes the ps3 cost 199.99 effectively.
There are no fees or restrictions... let your mother look at it. That brings the price of a ps3 down considerably.

But then you're feeding America's problems with responsible credit use.

Not if you don't use the credit card after using the 100$ credit. It's too good of a deal not to take... as long as you don't use the credit card for anything else. They're counting on you using it to make a profit, I suppose.
you could whore yourself out to a thousand fat chicks for 50 bucks apiece, or a 50 really fat chicks for 1,000 bucks apiece. dont look at me like that. fat chicks need love too. but they gotta pay
why do you want a ps3
seeing as how you're on a computer sell it
Order from Dell so you can get it for $270?

If he did that, he'd be even shorter on getting one.
From the time line he gave, he's probably trading in a ps2 to gamestop for the $50 towards a ps3.
Ravenzero:If your not squemish, you can sell your blood plasma to a blood bank, you can get 20 bucks each time, and they only take plasma, not blood, so you can come back in a few days and donate more. My friends wife did this so she could buy him a ps3 for xmas (but it was the ps3 phat)
The kid's on a $7 a month allowance from his mom. What are the odds that he's old enough to sell his plasma? I'd like to think that a legal adult isn't collecting an allowance at home.
