Question 1: The address label printed the Goozex office building as the return adress. Am I supposed to write my own address as well the return adress, or is the Goozex address sufficient?

Question 2: Are there rules about which postal service I have to use? For example, do I have to use UPS, or can I send it using Canada Post?

Either one will work.

It is up to you. Whichever you are more comfortable with and is affordable to you while getting the game their on time.

I actually prefer to use my address as the return address.  If for some reason the buyer doesn't pick up the package and I get the positive feedback after a certain amount of time, I want that sucker coming back to me.

Whatever you do, don't put two return addresses on it. God knows where it will end up. Secondly, I would strongly advise putting your own return address on it. That way if there is a problem, it will come back to you. I just had a DVD mailed from CA that went directly to MD, bypassing my state (Tennessee) entirely because the seller had goozex's return address on the package. If it had been returned to him, he would have resent it, and would have gladly done so. As it is, I'm still out my movie. I did get my points refunded, but I want my friggin movie. :) Goozex claims that they will list it for sell, but I'm still first and it has been a couple of weeks, so... Anyway, it's just easier to work out problems the fewer parties are involved. Also, the post service will sometimes flag packages thats return address is a certain distance from the point of origin. This can cause delays or even undelivered packages (which is what I suspect happened to mine). No clue if canada has that problem, but if you are exporting a package with a foreign return address, that sounds like a red flag to me. As for question 2: nope. If it gets there in three weeks, it doesn't matter if it's driven on a mule. Hell, I've had one hand delivered.
