I didn't bother reading through all 76 posts, so I apologize ahead of time for any repeats:
The Office (haven't had a chance to watch much of the present season, but previous seasons-- particularly seasons 3+4 --are outstanding), Battlestar Galactica (surprisingly great series from the 'SyFy' network), Futurama(!!!)...
That's all I've got, really. I don't watch much TV these days.
If no one has suggested it already, as there are too many post to read. I suggest Generation Kill.<---best HBO series ever. Note: True Blood is a close 2nd

i scanned through most posts and saw a lot of what i like to watch. here is the stuff i recommend:
Prison Break : It started off fantastic and then just got to be about average.
Braking Bad: Most episodes are fantastic with a couple here and there being a drag, but it is one of my favorites shows now and i think the roll for brian cranston is much deserved and fits better than shows like malcom in the middle.
Oz: if you like the wire you might like this show.

Mentalist - not a joke, not sure why this gets a bad rap - I am very good at calling killers in most (cough * Law and Order cough ) cop shows, but this one is hard to predict, Castle is also good at this, Bones is actually much more predictable and HOuse you only know that the first 12 diagnoses will be wrong and the patient will go thru some horrifying sh** while HOuse is his hilariously insensitive self and Thirteen is hot but not as hot as she thinks she is)
Big Bang Theory - seriously, it's that good

Some of those I think are ok. Haven't yet seen Son's of Anarchy. I wonder if it any good?
