Hmm well i just received a game that is missing the manual usually i'm not a stickler for these things but i do have as a request the complete package that means manual included... so I don't know what feedback to leave...
Missing the manual on a "Full package" request is grounds for Neutral Feedback.
If you have a little bit of time before the trade closes, you could try sending a PM to the other user to see if they forgot to put the manual in the case. I've had the same thing happen 3 times - once I did get a reply from the other user who mailed the manual seperately and I still left full positive feedback.
Unless the other user can correct the problem and get you the manual, Neutral is appropriate.

Do a +5
Neutral Feedback because if you want to trade it back out you have to list as disk only. Well that is if you want to do it the right way. This is one part of the feedback system i do not like and wish they could change it.
Even if it doesn't bother you, leave neural feedback. People shouldn't keep getting away with +5s for crap like this
Agreed. I always trade em back off after I beat em and since I also list things correctly it would be a lot harder to move a disk only as opposed to a full package on most games. The only way this site works well is if we all follow the rules. Not following them needs to be punished, break out the tar and feathers!
