USPS lost a game? DC stalled out on the 12th

For anyone that can help, DC number is 0306 2400 0000 7663 9686.

Seems the game (I'm the seller) has stalled out.  Just called USPS today and the automated system says it was out for delivery or available at the post office on the 12th.  It's now the 16th and there is no new information, nor has the buyer received the game.

I want the buyer to get the game, as much as I want my points for it, but I cannot expect positive feedback as the buyer has not received the game.

What can I do, or what can the buyer do in this situation?  Sit and wait it out doesn't appeal to me, nor I'm sure them.

This means, as long as the address was correct, ie you used the goozex label.  Then you are covered under the Goozex Guarantee.  So no need to worry, you did everything correctly and used DC.  Just make sure you keep the receipt.

Have you PM'd the buyer to tell them?  Maybe they can go to the post office and pick it up.

i had a xmas card arrive nearly 1 year late one time, it got lost in a po sorting machine or something.

I did use the print out label, not the pre-paid version, as I tend to spend a lot of time at the post office anyway.

Also, I have PM'd the buyer, which is how I know it was not yet delivered, but I will PM them again to see if they can contact their post office, I will do that now.

I do also have the receipt and DC receipt for the shipment.

Thanks for the information, it's eased my uneasyness :)

Have the buyer try to contact the San Jose sorting facility they may be able to help
