Try the guitar tips kevlar and iwx suggested.  If it doesn't work leave a negative and let Goozex sort it out.

 

Hmm I thought that would be valid. I thought we were encouraged to work it out with the end user. Anyways apparently i'm full of terrible ideas today :)

Working it out and hitting them up for extortion are two different things.

That's a good point and Imma let you finish.....but this pencil has one of the best points off ALL TIME!

My first wireless les paul started missing notes every so often on the yellow button.  I cleaned the connections really well and it worked fine.  But after a few months of that, it finally got to the point where cleaning it didn't help.  It's just a really bad design by the company.  I got a WT guitar too, but hate the strum bar on it, so I got me a wired X-plorer and use it for everything :D

what i never understood was the neck was detachable for portability. they sold it already detached but in the same size box as previous guitar heroes, which had non-detachable guitars.
