Question: what if the original case is busted and all you have is a regular case but everything else is intact? Would you categorize that as just game and manual or leave it as complete?

That would be game + manual.

You could list it as full package and PM the buyer about it, or possibly swap the case with another game (of the same system) that you're not likely to trade out soon or at all.
Is a one time use download code that comes with the game take away from full package, manual and disc?
My thought would be no because you are buying a used game, but I know people would have different views on the matter.

You can still put it as a full package.
And also what if the game has a one-time CD Key, like a Games of Windows Live code? Can I still trade it as full package/at all?

I believe those games may not be tradable here. Ex - Steam games - MW2
Did you check their goozex page?
The case here is Street Fighter IV, and it was willing to let me trade but I think I'd be ripping someone off if I did. With the no online thing.

I know GFWL allows several installation (they keep on changing the #'s but the lowest I've seen was 3 and the highest was 5).
Personally I know a way to bypass the stupid GFWL activation ever since I installed/reinstalled my windows XP-Win7 several times and finally one of my GFWL game no longer activat online. I'm not going to explain how I did it but it's sure was a pain in the butt. I'm still able to play online regardless but I'm cutting down on those activation limit games once the new service goes live.
The reason for the non trade able GFWL is that soon that activation code will be LINKED to your Live account once the new version of GFWL service takes place. I'm not sure if I can bypass that if that happens but I'm always up for the challenge just like how I figured out how to bypass the 5 system limited activation for the PS3 (not sure if anyone figured that out yet but I'm pretty sure people did figure out the current GFWL bypass).
Speaking of new traders, I got matched up with 1 for MAG, ARGGGH, I'm never gonna get it from this user =(

me for bayonetta ps3 but the trader messaged me saying that he will ship the game on Tuesday. So I am hopeful.
Many new users start with a 1000 point trade, if only because those are the majority of the titles that are guaranteed to instant match.
I'm glad I found this thread. I was starting to get mad the game I had sent off had been received 2 days ago and I still haven't gotten any points or feed back. I took pictures of my game disc, manual, and case before putting in its package. Also made a video of the game and its condition as I put it in the package already filled out with the recipients name and address. I hoped that would be all I need for any dispute.
I keep seeing "+5", but can't find an explanation of what it means. Can someone please explain?
