Is this game worth playing through?
I am half way through the 360 version and it is not that bad. Better than the 1st one, but i am really looking foward to Red Dead comming out next year.
I started playing this this weekend and, aside from some controls I wish I could change, its a pretty fun game... has an actual storyline that is interesting, and I really can't think of a western game I have really played before... and I dig the duels you have to do as well, fun little game mechanic...
online seems pretty dead for the PS3 though, if that is something you are looking forward too...
It was a pretty good game. The duels were a bit annoying until you figured out the trick: the music always stopped two seconds before the bell rang.

so far, the guys always seem to have three "movement" phases too, and then you know the bell is coming...
I died a few times on the first few duels, but the last four or so I have gotten in one shot

My router is on the fritz ATM, but when I get my new one set up I can join y'all in some COJ. The online MP is pretty close to "ghost town" status but there are still a handful of trophy-hunting boosters that jump on from time to time. Even a 2v2 can be fun on its own.
This game has been on my list on Hold for some time. Maybe I'll pick it up as well.
Heck, with enough people here, even a 'dead' MP title can have new life during a GGN.

this game has been sitting in my back log for months, might be the next game I play, if I don't get side tracked.
Same here. I've had it since summer I believe, and haven't given it any real time. Gonna have to change that soon.
I still have this, and it's still being neglected in my small backlog of PS3 games. Feel free to add me (PSN ID is the same as it is here) if anyone wants to get a session going at some point in the future.
its is a good game think of it as a linear red dead both have same dead eye system
