Yeah, it would just really irritate me that the seller behaved like that. It would be worth it (to me at least) giving up 300 pts to hit him with a neutral and effectively freeze his account for a period of time.

DrJ079 has a very valid point. The guy is obviously just trying to use his situation to guilt trip you into accepting it because he's desperate to receive Warhawk. Plus the begging and pleading is just pitiful. the dude should have made sure he had everything before even listing it.

I've had to deal with kids like this when doing some trading[not game related]. On the PS3, there are some kids that try to ask you to let them use your account to download some games and they'd return the favor!
When they use a personal situation like that, wether he is being honest or not...I just say NOOO, stop sending me messages....I could care less if your house burned down...blah blah blah!
