I have a copy of Halo 3.
On the cover is an industrial sticker that states "For Export Only, Not For Resale."
Would this game be tradeable?

Many people would not be okay with receiving a game with a large sticket on the cover, but this is a trading site so I don't believe the "Not for Resale" would matter. Although, in your case, I would most likely list this as Disc and Manual since the case has a big sticker on the front, or at least PM the user you get matched with and let them know before hand to see if they still want to go through with the trade.
