Sent out a game in great condition, practically brand new with not even scratches on the disc and I get feedback saying "not as good as expected" with no additional comments. Does this ever piss you guys off? After a few bad experiences I had sending games out I decided to video record myself packaging these things so that I could fight back against people giving untruthful feedback, but I still am not sure how to go about that, because who knows if anybody in Goozex corporate would care? I dunno, I'm open to suggestions lol. I know, I know that a lot of people are going to say "Dude +5 is good", and yeah it's fine, but if I'm sending out a practically perfect condition game, why should I settle for "alright" when I sent out "great"?
a +5 could be given for any number of reasons because it is a completely subjective system when it comes to satisfaction by offering 2 feedback types; a +5 could be given for something as little as a small crease in the manual or tape residue on the case; i for one know you're a good trader; just put it behind you
Stuff can happen durring shipping. Did you try messaging the guy to see what the problem was? I remember one time I sent out a near pristine copy of House of the Dead Overkill. Got a +5. Confused, I sent him a message. turns out the case got smashed ina corner durring shipping.
shit happens in shipping
True, and I thank you for the kindness too, it's really nice to know there's still people on here that are more lax and nice about the trading thing. I guess I just play it by the whole Golden Rule and I feel like everyone else is a little more cutthroat when they send out crappy products half the time too. Thanks though dude, seriously, I hope you're having fun with Growlanser!
Yeah I messaged him, but when I messaged him to let him know when I sent it and also to ask if he had received it yet because it had been a while and I like to make sure my packages arrive timely, I got no response. I don't really expect one from him either lol.

Haven't touched it other than verifying disc was free of errors XD
it happens to the majority of goozers at least once and it is unfair, but there i nothing that can be done.
Dealing with and unexplained and seemingly unwarranted +5 is like a "coming of age" trial on Goozex. Everyone goes through it at least once and it mystifies and irritates the crap out of the unfortunate recipient.
Best (and only) thing to do about it is vent if you need to and move on to the next trade.
Karma will eventually have it's way with the "Mr. +5 with no comment" traders....

The ghost +5 is 99/100 an abuse of the feedback system. people +5 often if they think the game didn't get to them fast enough ...
We've all had it happen to us, +5 and no comment.
i've had multiple items arrive with chunks of the dvd case broken and i still +10ed because odds are they didn't send it that way. to each their own.
I've gotten a +5 one time. My first trade. I sent a copy of some Old PC game and totally spaced the fact that it had a box to go with the jewel case and manual. Lesson learned. Suck that the dude gave you a +5. I wouldn't worry too much.

This happened to me yesterday, i shipped a game i bought brand new, played once, packed great and shipped with confirmation everything was pristine. I only got 5+ points because "not as good as expected" was part of the feedback. I emailed this person and hadn't received a reply. B.S.
I still feel Goozex should require comments for +5 feedback.
