I only reject a trade if the point value of the item has dropped quite a bit since I listed it.

Since Goozex does not send out notifications on point changes on your trading list, it is very difficult to keep up with changes on the value of your game.  By the time someone requests some games, the point value can be much lower than when you listed the game.

Other: I've rejected a trade or two before because I didn't have the money to ship it out until like a week after I would have accepted and I didn't think that would have been fair to the buyer. There was two cases where I sent a game out 1-2 days after the 3 day period because I messaged the user and asked them if that would be ok. But occasionally a trade is matched when I don't have the money (I get paid every other week instead of every week) and after bills sometimes I just don't have the money on me (literally I have no money whatsoever. But usally I accpet all my trades just not when this rare incident happens.

I choose "Other", because I have never rejected a trade.  I never list a game that I am not genuinely desiring to party with.

I chose other because I've cancelled or not accepted for a variety of reasons.  Recently, I couldn't find a game that I swore I had when i first signed up for Goozex.  Other times, I knew I couldn't send in time or it was a game I went back to surprisingly.

I've always wondered why they WILL send out notifications for games you have requested, but NOT for games you have up for trade...

I have done this for movies.  I listed all my movies and then as I was confirming their condition realized they weren't fit to be sent.

Other, realized the game was in too bad of shape for me to ship out, or simply lost the game and couldn't find it.

Yep. Most of the time, this is the reason I reject a trade.

ditto.

This is a very good question actually. Although to date i have NOT rejected a trade yet (though I have thought about it), there would probably be only two reasons:

1. Out of country shipping.
Seriously, shipping to Canada from USA isn't bad, but to send a PC game in just the case for 5$ is just absurd. I may actually stop shipping to the US because it's this bad.

2. I'm not done with it.
Simple enough, being a completitionist (cough cough GAMERSCORE WHORE cough) I dont like to sell games until i'm completely done with em.

As for rejecting offers for people with poor feedback scores, I would at least look at their profile to see why they have such a low score, and decide whether it would be wise to send it or not.

Just some thoughts...

Your gamerscore probably makes me laugh.

Xbox 360 - Doominatorx6
PS3 - Doominatorx6 (NEVER on..ever)
Wii - Only play Rabbids games. No point posting it.

1.  I'm not sure it's fair to the other trader/s that suffer from this when US residents are willing to send to you.

2.  Why isn't the title on hold in your offers list then?

My only theory - and it isn't a good one - is that they don't want to do anything that would actively encourage people to put their games on hold if they're currently available.  More games available means more trades.  It keeps the money flowing, and it keeps the buyers happy.

When I was trying to get Lost Odyssey, the seller mentioned that the case was cracked and the CDs were in paper sleeves instead of the normal holdings. Noble of him, but I still cancelled. The game had 4 discs, and I didn't want to risk the chance of one being damaged. Nothing's worse than getting to disc 4 and it not working (happened to me on FFVIII) too many times.

I've done this when a title's value has dropped since I added it into my offers.

e.g. I would have been happy to sell Devil May Cry 4 PC for 200 points, but 100 is too low given its bulky size and shipping cost.

Never cancelled, I'd only cancel if the guy requesting has about as much negatives as he has positives, and even more if all the negatives are recent. Else I'm careful in managing my lists.

Except for the cracked case, "paper sleeves" is actually how Lost Odyssey is packaged. It's 4 discs, as you said, and XBOX cases ordinarily top out at 3, so they went for paper envelopes.

The envelopes aren't lint-free, so lint tends to get embedded in the discs. Usually worst on the fourth disc, since it's used last. This results in games unplayable at the very end.

This can be fixed by boiling the disc. I'm not kidding.

As for the thread topic- I have only rejected trades because I discovered the value of the game dropped too far since I listed it.
