sadly i traded most of my wii games so all i got is the conduit which i dont pwn on anymore sadly but if u guys have 360's can i have your tags and what is the schedual for game nights?
I can't believe I totally forgot on Friday. I'm guessing no one was able to play since there wasn't enough people. I'll look into installing Skype hopefully by Tuesday.

yeah, we had 3 @ 9 waiting for the 4th NHLer - me, Kai, somewan - we played reflex instead, good times - although I am not as in love with HQ as tkszeto is. we should at least mix it up a little bit, you know play 2 types of game, radical I know.
I might not get Brawl even by Tues, it didn't come on Sat, so weekend practicing is out. actually I might not get it at all, it is Goozex after all.

I was hoping for NHL, but Reflex was fun too. I don't mind switching games up, but if memory serves me, a certain person (not me nor somewan) suggested we play HQ... granted nobody else was playing hardcore so I switched to regular. Anyways, I'll play pretty much any type of match, just let me know.
As for the hockey tourny, you know I'm in. 8 would definately be nice.
I have a lot going on right now, so it has been hard to get online. Let me know if you guys decide on Brawl for Tuesday, as I do not have that game.....If you decide not to Brawl, my vote is the Conduit, followed by COD.
Starting next Saturday, I will be out of town for a week, so you can count me out of that weeks Tuesday and Friday night games....
yeah, yeah I suggested hardcore HQ b/c I like it better. I know no one was playing it, not your fault. I'm a saying I probably wouldn't have wanted to play like 8 rounds in a row of HC HQ. no rancor, just saying in the future I'm a big fan of variety - speaking of which is anyone interested in that Capcom vs whatever arcade fighter game?
and yes, i was counting you as a definite 2nd, tkszeto, my question is do I have a definite 3rd and 4th at least? do 8 even have the game at this point? If I get the same 4 regardless of whether or not there are prizes, obviously I prefer not to spend the money on prizes. I would still also prefer to have a test run tourny 1st, b/c I don't know exactly what's involved- definitely having a Feb tourny though, hell or high water.
and feb starts MOnday- AKA tomorrow. so I will recreate a 4 person under the name "goozex" (no password) today and 2 more people join as soon as possible. It's ok if you're out of town for a week, you can just play 2 games the next week.
Sorry guys, I've been SO busy looking for a job, I've had zero time to play anything. I'd really like to get into the hockey game, and will try. I still haven't even tried it yet. I'll try to play it this week. I thought the internet would help in the job search, but you actually end up spending all day and night on the computer applying for jobs.

trust me, NHL 2K10 is not going to help you in the feeling less frustrated department, and definitely not at first. but if you master it, you may feel like you've accomplished something. DO NOT play random people online, most of them will eat you alive. there is no matching skill levels, as far as I know. and there is a cheap wraparound goal that's a douche maneuver, don't learn it. or don't use it if you accidentally discover it. that goes for you too Kameleon. it will not be counted in the tournament if it occurs.
My brother's unemployment ends soon, and he's not having any luck either, so hang in there, you're certainly not the only one. supposedly we're in the recovery phase.
I just tried it briefly, and I couldn't even hit the puck, so yes, it seems like a REALLY steep learning curve. I tried the Mii Skills. Is that the best place to start learning to play?
