I mean come on if you aren't ready to trade your game why are you putting it in your offers queue???? i'm getting a bit sick of this and starting to wonder if theres a way to put negative feedback for idiots doing this.....i've had 9 games time out for trades in the past 5 days because instead of putting their damn games on hold or refusing the trade they let it sit for 26 hours taking up one of my spots for trades because they dont hit accept or decline seriously why do people do that?

Its summer time, people have lives, people are lazy and dont check their emails.  Yes it sucks, but it happens.  I tried to get a game and it timed out 3 times before somone finally sent it to me...

Does the seller lose his sopt in line if he times out?  If not, i think he should....

After the first time out, the game is put on hold. If he times out again, he goes to the back of the queue

the seller is not penaliozed if they time out ONLY if they cancel it if it times out they just get put on hold if they cancel they're moved to the back of the line which imo is bull timing out should move to the back of the line as well because people would rather let it time out if they're not ready and have it put on hold then cancel it and lose their spot.......BAD IDEA on goozex's part not to penalize timeouts since it does screw the buyer over for 26 hours.....

I agree, something really pathetic is a movie for 100 points was going to time out in 10 hours.

I pmed the user and told him that if it all works out and is in good condition,I might give him a tip.Immediatly,he mails it out, then responds to my message and says that he expects a tip when the movie is obtained.I have no problem with that,I mean, its only 50 points, but I think that was rude of him.

Honestly. If a user responded like that with me. I'd NOT give hima  tip, and unless the disc was in flawless condition, I'd nail him with a +5.

SolidSnake i honestly hope your not giving him a tip...A tip is like a tip in a restaurant. If the waiter is going out of his way to give you a good experience then you give him a good tip, if he is slacking off and barely getting the job done then eff it. If a waiter came up to you before you got your dinner and said "you better give me a tip when your done!" would you honestly do it? If anything you would get up and leave or contact the manager of the place. If he sent it out already id PM him back and say "we will see now."

As for this i think Goozex should "benefit" cancel's instead of tiem outs. If your time out you merely get reset to another match and then it goes on hold if you time out again. If you cancel you imidatly go to the end of the line? I think it should be if you cancel it goes on hold but you hold a place in line. People jump over you if your still on hold but if you decide to come out of the hold then your in a good spot still. It just helps the requesters, its quite annoying waiting so long just for the trade to be canned due to lazy people. Yes I know sometimes you just wont see it or be away thats fine.

Yeah dude. *** that guy. If there is ANY flaw with the package, give him the +5 instead of a +10. What a douchebag move on his part.

No, it goes on hold, but then if they re-activate it and it times out again they go to the end of the line.

I've been matched with the same seller 3 times in a row for a movie.  There is no one else offering it, so the same guy just keeps coming back to the front of the line.  It is just about to time out for a third consecutive time.  I know he's seen the matches, because he keeps reactivating the listing.  Is there anything that can be done in a case like this, or do I just have to keep getting matched with him and have him let the match time out?

I wonder if the suggestion forums actually get read or if goozex reads these becaues this is a REALLY bad thing in my opinion cancelling because your not ready or changed your mind one time shouldn't shove you to the end of the line there are cases where you might be saying you have a game with every intention of putting it on hold and instantly get a match......but the 26 hour time out well the time to accept makes sense but when assholes time it out it just screws the seller i think timeouts should shove you to the end of the line the first time.....i mean if your just not there then what does it matter you aren't going to accept the next trade if your not there either and if you see it and decide "i dont want to lose my spot" you just screw the buyer out of a trade slot that could be used on another trade......

I've had this happen to me recently (2 or 3 time outs in a row) all from users with outstanding feedback scores and 200+ trades. It so happened to coincide with the end of the week/weekend (Friday to Sunday) so I'm figuring *life* happens. I've since had these trades matched and accepted so all is well.

It always happens to me because the damn Goozex doesn't email me when there is a match.  then I forget about checking and when I do it's too late.  How can you set this to email when there is a match??!!
