On one occasion I accidentally sent a Goozex member the wrong game (I picked one PC LEGO game instead of another from the pile), and since she was so courteous about me sending the wrong game I sent her the other two PC LEGO games I had for free. She told me afterward that they were for her six-year-old son, and that he really enjoyed them. Felt good. Smile
