I know GH 1 and 2 did, but I forgot if 3 had them.

I believe only with the guitar verison. Not sure, I've only bought the world tour guitar one.

Answering my own question, only the guitar bundles comes with stickers. I bought the bundles for 1 and 2, and the game only for 3, which makes sense.
mine came with stickers...
