Im first in line for a movie. The other day, there was one actve offer for that movie, now its restricted. I knew requests can be restricted due to lack of points, trade tokens, or negative feedback, but how does an OFFER become restricted?
My guess is open trade slots.

i believe if he has low feedback score he's only allowed so many active offer requests and the others become restricted
