That new user I was whining about being matched with? Well, a brand new sealed copy of Madden 10 arrived at my door today according to my wife. I'm going to have to get home to see it with my own eyes, and then leave a glowing feedback and tip.
I have like 6 matches off of DVD's that I put up for offers. Now I have to race home after work so I can make sure I listed these all properly before I accept. Didn't expect there to be so many options, so I listed my stuff to the best of my recollection hoping I was right. Hopefully I don't have to reject any of these because I was mistaken, but otherwise I got a lot of stuff to mail.
Overall, today was a good Goozex day.

I don't understand, someone traded you a sealed copy of Madden 10 the same weekend it launched? Why would they do that?
Either a copy or 2 "fell off the truck" or someone got a pretty good deal.
In any case glad to see the Madden 10 match worked out.
I just got King of fighters 12 within the week it launched but it wasnt sealed - maybe the original user didnt like it or had 2 copies of it or something. That was my great day unfortunately it shows up on my signature as a big blank spot.
Could have been a gift, won it in a promotion or stolen. I'm happy you got the game since the popular alternative now adays is quite the annoyance

It's funny though, I started the day with over 11000 points and like 15 tokens, now I'm down to just under 9000 with 9 tokens.
A simple search of the interwebs will no doubt find you quite a few deals where you can flip the game at a profit. There were a lot of free gift card promos with this game that brought the price down.

I never said they were smart, but I have seen people flip games for less than a $5 profit. Go figure.

On Friday Night Lights season 3 there is a house flip. My girlfriend and I were trying to figure out the "profit" based on the numbers they were throwing around.
My GF is big into reality TV shows like house flipping and top chef or what not to wear .. anyhoot she realized quickly that there was some "fuzzy math" going on on FNL, in addition to a whole host of plot inconsistencies and some outright "Where they hell did that character go?" type rantings.
Basically FNL forgot to include the cost of the makeover on the house, even tho there is a big scene about the price of something they buy for the flip... not to mention how they got the "funding" for the loan in the first place...

Unfortunately I have some bad news. I screwed up on season 1, I only have disc one. For some reason I thought that's all there was when I put it in my spreadsheet last night so I pulled that from my queue. And even worse, when I went to the attic and pulled down the case for season 2, I found that it was missing the insert. :( Sent you a PM on that one. Still yours if you want it, but it's more properly listed as disc only missing that I figure so I don't want to send something that anyone's unhappy with.
I also had another bummer, come to find out the Simpson's season 2 is missing the outer shell part that goes around the cardboard fold out case. So my day wasn't quite as good as I thought. Normally I keep this stuff pretty well intact so I just assumed I had full packages without bringing down my box of cases. I was wrong.
On the plus side, there's no other trades in progress so I didn't cause anyone to miss any matches. Mine was the only "supply". And I did get 3 of these right - Simpson's Season 3 I had everything, and I listed Star Wars I and II correctly so I got 3 good matches. Sorry for getting anyone's hopes up on the others.
