Games that give me more bang for my buck with a fun story and/or MP. ('splosion man comes to mind)

Games that give me more bang for my buck with a fun story and/or MP. ('splosion man comes to mind)

If I could only have played one xboxlivearcade game EVER, it would be braid. now I am usually a stickler for length/multiplayer in a game, but braid changed my mind on that. the game BLEW ME AWAY. I played splosion man and it was fun, but didn't quite hit me the way braid did.

I get the feeling no agreement can be reached over this, lol....

I am not denying Braid is a fantastic game, but after one playthrough, there is little to do (time trials be damned). The sheer beauty and genius of the story gets it the top 5 for me though.

I agree, when you buy braid you're paying for an experience. When you buy 'spolsion man, the game is great and long, but doesn't match up to braid. I'm going to be honest braid is my favorite game I have ever played, and sometimes I wish I could unplay it to reexperience the game.

This game really is a masterpiece.  I loved the artwork, music and gameplay.

Did you go back and try to get the 8 hidden stars? =)

I haven't yet.  There's no achievement for it so I don't feel as motivated to do it. But I might someday!
