I just went on right after the Yankees lost last night to try and get a little better feel for the game and how good or bad I am at it like I said. also said I was going to play today, but I don't think I will, might wear out my interest before tonight. Tkszeto just happened to come online a few minutes after I started and I had already entered him and 3 others that were available in to FC - are there more now? I'll go check. No one else showed up and I'm not sure how much improved I am after my second run through, only a little probably.
@Tkszeto - I played later and was matched up in "Bounty Hunter" (hadn't played it before) mode with this a-hole with 13 kills and 0 deaths because he was cheating big time, he would just stand there and let me shoot him with grenades and everything, then kill me when I got bored, b/c he was impervious. What the hell is the point of that? I could understand if you get some sort of prize like this contest, but if you want to shoot w/o much chance of being shot, go play Overkill (awesome game IAAHO, also MadWorld) Oh and I am now a Drudge, btw, got tired of everyone being an AGENT

btw the tourny is in the middle of game 4 of the ALCS, but that's ok, I don't always watch all of the games anyway,
does the nice soothing female voice say "Why did you die? " or "How could you die?" sometimes? she says something I can't quite catch sometimes, only after I've died like 5 times in quick a row seems like.

@AA - I never understood cheaters, I don't see the fun in it myself. That being said, we had somebody ask if he/she could use "glitches" during this tourny... Go figure... Oh, and you did kill me during our first encounter... I think I got my revenge though The Streets level is though when you are outnumbered because there isn't much room to run and hide to get your team all respawed. We basically just ended up picking you all off one at a time.

Yeah I agree. That last round was so frustrating (sp?) I got the ASE 3-4 times and always got shot right at the end! NO COVERAGE! Oh well it was still fun!
After the tourney I would like to continue to play and rotate through a few of the games on tuesday nights, Like MK, COD, and Conduit. Not a huge fan of ExciteBots and I cant stand Brawl!!! I just hooked BIL up with my scratched to hell copy of COD, and he went and got it fixed, so he can play that with us now too. I just need to convince him to get MK, (and to join this site). He isnt the handiest guy when it comes to computers and that darn internet....
It seems like Tuesdays are the night that people can typically make it (although Wednesdays the wife works, less harassment) and Fridays are basically down to Kai and myslef, and depending on what we play BIL may be around. Not sure what AA has going on either. Im going to start calling him Double A, its easier for me to say then A A.
Oh and if anyone is looking for a Skype headset, that works with the ole XBOX 360, let me know..Im trying to get rid of mine as I no longer have an XBOX and its too much headset for just Skyz-ype....

Not sure if I'll get the results up tonight or not, I've got to go to work early tomorrow. My plan is to have the first game (with only six of us) count as Bonus Round 2 and be worth 0.5 points for the winning team + individual awards.
Hopefully after the tourny is over next week we keep the games going on Tuesdays. Last game is next week, Mario Kart!
That was fun and the yankees won 10 - 1 , I know how the Angels feel, I don't believe I was on the winning team once - coincidence? I think not. I have to take pleasure in small victories, like the one time I managed to capture the ASS i mean E . I did manage to tone down my number of deaths especially near the end and when we had 50 as a team. tone down, I said, not eliminate. someone got through one round without any deaths, he should get a point for that or at least half, as long as you don't also have no kills which means you were hiding the whole time.
you can call me double A, makes me sound like a battery. Duracell, Energizer (just keeps killing and killing...when I get more experience at least ) also good choices Fridays are good for me, and I don't actually suck at MK, though if i could be said to, it would be on Battle as opposed to VS, but at least there's no friendly fire there either.
@somewan - can't say that I remember you coming after me in the streets, to tell you the truth, I had to keep checking which team I was on, the names and the color, I need them to make it a little more obvious who is a target and who isn't
general apology to all my teammates, at least i can't do anything but improve.
srsly, though, do you have to hit someone in the head to kill them? I think maybe I was hitting people quite a bit, but in the body/legs, and they were shooting me in the head. plus I don't know the layout of the boards very well at all. and the sun was definitely in my eyes. That capture the Ase is my new favorite, especially with explosive weaponry in the infirmary (sorry Tkszeto)
plus I beat a 300 pt game right before tomight's match and someone requested it right after, so good news all around.
I wonder if it would had been as close if we hadn't had chargeable weapons as the last weapon choice?
It was pretty fun, and pretty funny at times too. At one point (the second scoring round with shared lives) my wireless sensor bar was low on batteries so I had to go run and change them. Fortunately for me no one happened to find me while I was off changing the batteries, but unfortunately someone managed to kill me just as I had hooked it back up and was ready to start again.By the way, the capturing the ASE and taking it back to the base was the funnest. When the blue teams ASE was dropped a little bit from our base and I grabbed it to get the point, for some reason it thought I was still carrying it and didn't let me switch to my weapons. Hence why I hurriedly tried to go back and get it again to see if it would fix itself, but it didn't. Thankfully it stopped "glitching" once I was killed, so for once I was glad I died in that game.

Sorry guys, not a lot of time, but I was able to update the overall standings and posted the results. Some big gains for Neebles and Duddy07. Neebles is now hold 2nd and Somewan down to third. Duddy07 jumped up to a fourth place tie with I-Weapon-X and Kameleon is holding fifth with one event to go.
Duddy07 did go one round without dying, but that was the 6 on 2 game so no bonus points for you
Team Mario Kart Battle is next week! I'll make sure there are around the same amount of points to be given out in the last game as there were in this one.
anyone else get the Conduit music stuck in their heads?
