don't worry, my feelings aren't hurt too badly to go on - anyway turns out I'm definitely not a ringer - played an online match or two - I wasn't aware it was even an option - I saw the wi-fi badge on the game when I got it, but I managed to get the information that thaT was only for wii speak in Friend Code mode only - my fault for not checking further I guess. I've had it for a month or two beat the first level - did anyone else get really stuck on the level where you are supposed to storm a columned building with a bunch of conduits in it -you start behind a wall, some drudge come then 2 of those rolling red insects that explode, sandbags more drudge - then there is a bazooka type weapon leaning up against the wall and a first aid kit in either side (which I didn't notice until my 30 th death or so) Sorry, I apparently would rather write this long description rather than check what level it was. I must have died a hundred times before I beat it took me days off and on, cuz I got really sick of dying on the same board all the time.
My first online match total was 4 kills and 16 deaths- infirmary - and the Pentagon one after that was so bad I left before the final tally, I hadn't killed anyone and I had been killed numerous times. so goofy looking the way everyone has to jump around to avoid sitting (or running) duck status, at least it's tied to motion controls in my setup (nunchuk) so its easier to do - grenade is A button
I played Quake for a while in college, not completely new to me, those levels seemed a lot more spacious
won't be winning the least deaths thing at least - IMHO- wasn't really joining for the contest or the prizes, just to play this pretty cool game for Wii with others - I don't have the PS3 (yet) slim looks like a good buy tho.
@my team and captain - I will play today some and tomorrow, before match, but no promises on my learning curve pretty much gonna have to say turns out I suck at the moment, sorry about that.

@I-Weapon-X - So is it "don't think" or "will not"? If you can't make it, the easiest fix would be to drop Neebles' Brother-In-Law, simply based on the fact that he is not in the tournament. The advantage is that the teams would be even as stands with Duddy07 taking the Captain title for Blue team in SR1.
@Neebles - Please apologize to your brother-in-law, BUT if I-Weapon-X can't play, I would prefer even teams than uneven teams with a non-tourny player. I'm still hoping I-Weapon-X can make it... Actually, Neebles should be happy, that means you are guarenteed to break the tie with I-Weapon-X if he can't show.

@AA - I was stuck on that level for a while as well. I actually haven't finished the single player campaign, I mainly just play online now. Same with COD actually. Don't worry about not being a ringer, the aim is to have fun... Just don't shoot me

That was fun tonight, hope you didn't get too fustrated, those teams were really unbalanced. You guys always seemed to be 2 men down at the end.

@Tkszeto- yeah, that was fun. sorry you were talking to yourself, I had no intention of picking up a wii speak before this, (thought it was just for animal crossing, which i don't have or want) now it's first in line to get via Amazon, probably tomorrow. I won't have one by tomorrow night though. That is a fun game, It was like they knew who could kill quickly and who would die a lot and put them on separate teams together. and the last 2 games EVERYONE was jumping ship becasue my side sucked so bad :) I believe in sticking with a team til the end, maybe just me. I must say I greatly enjoyed the first time I managed to kill you, i think I actually did get the first kill between us, though you definitely got the most by far by the end. I couldn't figure out why you were so quiet when I killed you, when you were talking before that, didn't realize til later that opposing teams can't talk to each other. probably smart on nintendo's part, i guess. one of the first things I heard near the beginning of one of the games kind of creeped me out (in a good way) I heard this squealing , i'm thinking "Did they add cool alien sound effects in the online mp edition? " but it was just your son, apparently. They should hire him to add ambience. I did see you the one time you said I missed something when we were on the same team b/c I had just died and was watching your point of view at the time.
so now Tkszeto can vouch for me skills or lack thereof, I have a great talent for dying, I tend to rush in to firefights, I mean it's just a game and that's more fun, but I can't seem to kill cleanly or easily yet. I wish the reticle were easier to see when firing. I don't think i'm going to adopt the jumping and firing thing it just looks dumb and it's too hard to aim. I managed to get some kills in there, but my totals are very unbalanced at the moment. I was like 4 and 40 the last game, they kept respawning me at the top of the rubble in the streets with 3 or 4 op team members down below waiting for me, I wouldn't even get to cover before at least half dying
I want to change my name in MP but I don't think I can without changing FC right? for everyone again I will be MrFordn- very unimaginative and wholly unsatisfying, but what did I know when I made it, i just didn't want to have to make a long invloved change at the time.

Hm, had I known there was a practice game yesterday (Monday) I might have joined. Oh well, expect me to be awful like always anyways.
By the way, if I happen to forget to show up on time, if someone has a 360 just send me a message. I will most likely be playing Smackdown vs Raw 2010 all day since I'm going to go rent it today (Tuesday). I'll try to remember though.
