@Somewan - Good point, I'll edit the OP and Event 1 info to clarify. To sum it up:
So in your example, if somebody were to place 1st in the Scoring round and 1st in the Bonus round they would get 3 + 1.5 = 4.5 points.
That being said, somebody could get last place in the Scoring round and 1st in the Bonus round and get 0 + 1.5 + 0.5 = 2 points.
Hope this makes sense, it does in my little world!

Thanks for the games everyone, it was a lot of fun. Good for Neebles and Gerardo838 for catching on to what we were doing in the just for fun rounds after the tournament events. Okay, not the last game, which started off as pistols and no scope snipers only, and degenerated into IWX and Somewan going nuts with Gerardo838 killing everyone without a clue what was going on!
For the team events, everything will be chosen at random. I don't think you can pick COD or Mario Kart teams anyways. Teams can be switched in the Conduit, but I'd rather keep it random. I'll probably pick names out of a hat to make Brawl teams.
I'll post details of the next event on the weekend.

ok guys srry i wasnt on the goozex chat for the c.o.d tournament, the reson why is that my computer mouse wasnt working so i tried to go on the chat with my psp but it didnt work so srry if i played a game wrong.

It's no problem gerardo, the chatting is more of a convenience, but since the tournament was well laid out ahead of time (good job tks), there wasn't anything "wrong" during the tournament. The other rounds were all for fun, so don't concern yourself with not being in the chat. Besides, you were my excuse to bust out the automatic during the "single-shot" round, which I found satisfying on multiple occasions (until the others started fragging me...though I suppose a grenade is still a "single-shot", so it really was just me playing outside the rules...)

i found my Kamikaze method to be very humorous the last few rounds
@Gerardo838 - Like somewan said, no worries. The tournament games went off fine and you had no way of knowing for the fun rounds.
@I-Weapon-X - Suicide grenades was pretty funny.
