I'll admit, given your account of the story, it does appear a bit out of hand to address you in such an aggressive manner, given the state of your trading history, while the other guy got banned for blatant threats and was still essentially favored in this transaction.

Odd to say the least.  I wouldn't hesitate to report a bad looking game, but I wouldn't blame you if you hesitated after this ordeal.
