Covers that mention "Not for Resale"

Not sure if I'm allowed to do this but I have an old ATV game on PS2 that came from my console originally that I would like to put up for trade. However it's one of those games that have printed at the bottom of the cover 'Not for Resale" (I think it's on the disc as well). Although it's not selling it, I want to make sure that I am allowed to post such a game. Game is in mint condition and is full pkg.

I assume Full Package if you have everything for it

if its atv offroad fury 2, like i think it is, you will be making someone happy by listing it.
