I've got a game coming from "Goozex"... the baby dino itself.  Who is this person with the strange stats (235 sent, 2 received)?  Is this what happens to the money we spend when we buy points?

No it is Goozex and I believe they send out games that have been shipped to them because of issues like wrong address, and such.

Yes,

 

I have probably been the most active player of anyone that has used the Goozex account on Live. I also have a personal account from my college days that I keep in touch with old friends on.
