I've had 360 voice for about two years. I'm pretty aware of how it works. If You look at the actual page of the individual you can see it isn't a delay. It was gaming offline then logging online and everything registering in one shot. (I know cause had a situation about a year ago where I did that)

oooooh. well that's a different situation entirely......wasn't everyone supposed to log into xbox live a couple days before the competition started to avoid something like this?
That was in the rules that everyone had do sign in before the event. I think if someone is looking fishy then there needs to be an investigation. then again with some games you can get all 1000 points in an hour or two.
He played 3 really easy games during the day. I am pretty sure I saw his garescore rise a couple of times yesterday which would indicate he got the points yesterday. Also looking at the % of days he games it should not be unusual for him to not game for a few days in a row. From my point of view the evidence does not look overly suspicious.
It is not fishy. He was not online when he got those achievements. He played 2 Maddens and NHL 2K6 to rack up the points. From my experience in multiple challenges, 360voice does NOT count achievements unless they were scored during the contest, even offline ones. Your 360 timestamps the achievements internally, which 360voice can pick up on.

This is weird, I just recently checked in on 360voice and my profile was fine, but looking at it today it shows me as only having played 3 games, and my badges are all messed up. Anyone else experiencing weird bugs?

You too can get 1000's of points in a day if you just play the right games (NCAA College Hoops 2k6 can be done in 1 game). I personally think all achievements should be earned online, but I realize that 360achievements.org suggests otherwise for some achievements.
