I shipped a game on the 8th of July. It was sent within Canada, so I though the 15 day limit would have applied. It's been 16 days now (17 in half an hour) so when can I expect the trade to close if the user doesn't leave feedback?

I just saw that your trade autoclosed by the system. looks like it was an domestic trade, but since you picked "ship in 3 days", it added an extra 3 days to the auto close.

Trades across two countries (US to Canada, in this case) get an extra week. So, 21 days instead of the 14 for in-country trades.

 

patience is key.

 

edit: just re-read your post, and realized that you are also located in Canada. If you reported to ship in 3 days, that would add 3 to the 14, making it 17 days to auto-close. IF this wasn't the case, then either the buyer disputed the transaction or I have no clue what's going on.

what if im the RECEIVER of a game and the feedback autocloses? i never received my game from the seller but the goozex system did AUTO feedback? someone please advise me

 

im also on a dispute where im the seller and the guy claims to NEVER have received the game, if he never got it, then its 'lost' in the mail, i 100% sent it but theres no tracking number :(

this is why they ask you to use delivery confirmation so they can have proof that it was sent and received. Do you at least have a post office receipt?
