Goozex Facebook Application problem

I finally got around to making a Facebook account, and am having problems with the Goozex application. I added the application, but it's acting as if I haven't. When I go to My Gaming Profile, it says that I do not appear to be a user of this application, and when I go to Prefs, it says I'm not in the database. I've tried removing the app and re-adding it, but no luck. Any suggestions?
