I requested a GBA game ( Pokemon Ruby ) and it was sent to me in a letter envelope. The problem is the envelope has a portion of it missing, about the size of a GBA game. The envelope is empty. I understand it might not have been the senders fault that the game is not in the envelope but they could have sent it in something more secure. I now have no game. I will obviously put negative feedback but what should i put this under, because no option seems to be right, except for I have not recieved the game ( but i have to wait 2 days to do that ).

Leave negative feedback right away.  In you comment state that you received an empty envelope as it was torn open while in transit.  This happens far too often with GBA games.

this is a common occurance in these cases; it is why ALL games are recommended to be sent in a bubble mailer

and in all honesty, even in a bubble envelope it wouldn't hurt to have in a SECOND envelope in case the bubble tears a bit. A whole envelope won't fall out of a bubble.

bubble mailers are HARD to rip a hole in by accident... even ones that have been re-used...
