Yo I'm just happy to see a few Peter Greenaway films on the database. All the ones I don't have are now on my requests list. Now to see if anyone actually puts them up to trade.
Already received my first movie! Great addition to an already great site!
Want to trade with me directly? Check out my games on and send me an offer I can't refuse :)
I sent out 3 movies today, good times!
I'm bummed out that I am maxed out on my sending out list. Four movies and one game with so many more movies to go makes me a sad panda. At least I was able to ship them out same day they were requested; hopefully the post office will be quick about delivery heh.
I was matched for a BRD movie yesterday, but the seller declined the trade. Hurt a little bit
Sending my out my first movie (QoS BRD) tomorrow

I'm stuck in a time out loop with my first requested BD. I'm sad.
I do have We Were Soldiers coming though...I love that movie.

I just sent out Troy brd this morning yayyy!! My 5 trade slots are full now, sent all 5 out this morning...which means I have to wait for feedback for one to open up. LAME! hehe I don't know what the criteria is, but I hope I unlock more slots soon.

Looks like when those 5 clear, you'll be in the next tier. That rhymes, so it's doubly correct. See below.

Ooo not bad, five more to send out and I can graduate to the unlimited bracket.
LOL Thanks! Oooh unlimited offer slots, sweet
I'll probably never accrue enough points to require more than 5 trade slots haha

You'll be surprised...I thought the same thing when I hit that tier...then I maxed out the 10 slots on 100ers. It was pretty cool.
I'm not sure I'll need to do that again though.

Yeah now that the gamerscore challenge has started, I might eat those words hah. I've already got 3 100'ers on the way. Gotta scrounge for some more easy games to add to my list.

Brenex: gade202: Guys, I hate to say this but I don't think it'll be possible for them to remove all the duplicates, as they're built into the Muse database. I'm unaware of a way to manually disable certain versions and, even if possible, would be a very laborious process to say the least. I also find it annoying but possibly we can begin to make a default rule of using "Checkpoint" over "Sensormatic" as they really don't matter, unless you're a retail giant (highly unlikely...). This way we can keep the supply and demand true and not spread over 2 of the same version. This may very well be the case but I think the proper way to proceed would be to correctly list it using the UPC found on the back of the box and leaving it up to the buyers to click through the various editions to see which one has an active supply (perhaps the checkpoint has 2 active while the sensormatic does not.) They would just need to add a spot to a FAQ letting new users know that there is no difference.

We are doing an analysis of the titles that have Sensormatic and/or Checkpoint editions. The idea is to simply disable these editions, as the title seems to come in the "normal" edition as well.
The challenge for us is to do this reliably: Not all titles come with a "normal", a Sensormatic, and/or Checkpoint edition. We risk disabling the only one available, with related problems for all users interested in that movie.
At the moment we have identified 3000 titles that have Sensormatic/Checkpoint editions, and we are investigating whether there are common elements that may allow us to identify what editions can be safely disabled.
For the time being we recommend listing movies in the Offers using the UPC code: this way you are sure of what edition you are offering. And we recommend requesting movies that have Sensormatic/Checkpoint editions by checking the available supply.... and if no supply is available, by requesting all different editions until the first one is matched for a trade (and then delete the other requests).
Gah. At times like this, I wish we had the ability to have unlimited request slots. I'm up to my 20 limit and I don't want to miss out on a lot of stuff that I still have in my requests.
