Crap, are they doing free trades starting today.  I just got matched with like 10+ trade requests & 2 pretty quick trade offers.

It would have been nice to be informed as I have been saving up for the Exchange by not buying any tokens so I knew I would not get matched for anything. Well what happens here is I get screwed out of my points because they failed to inform us about free trades. Would have been nice to be able to pick if you wanted to be apart of it or not.

ouch that sucks i played it safe and moved all my open trades to hold because im saving for the exchange too but i also had some tokens, im sorry to hear that man

If they were having free trades would all of my requests still say restricted? Because they do.

yes it could because they might not have enough points, what he means by free trades is they don't need any trade tokens but you still need the points

Yes it will because I am matched for 10 items and everything says Restricted due to the lack of tokens.

this is bogus! I put all the seasons of Seinfeld on my request list last night for getting down the line, but was too lazy to put them on Hold, figured I would do it later since I had no tokens anyways. Now I have 2 of them matched. I PM'd the sellers and asked for decline, so we'll see how that goes. luckily only 400 points worth is pending

Hey guys,

We literally did a quick 10 minute test on the system on members that had restricted requests due to no tokens.  The test is over.  We didn't feel a need to announce it since we didn't see any downside to the test and we knew it would be a quick test.  Obviously we didn't think of Duddy's situation.  We're very sorry if this caused major issues to other people.

We also thought it would be a nice little treat for many members who didn't have the tokens for a trade.

it was nice but this should be announced so people could take advantage of it or opt to put things on hold to not take advantage of it.............

If you were "unfortunately" matched to receive a game/movie you don't want, trade it back out.  Or better yet, remove all unwanted games from your ACTIVE requests.

People should be happy about free trades, but not on Goozex.  They'll just bitch about how unfair life is.

yeah, unfortunately, I had items active(but restricted) that I didn't want right now, and items on Hold that I want right now that I'm not getting. Hopefully they will get declined.
