Okay....I made a post here about 3 months ago....I accidentally cancelled the trade to Fallout 3 on 360 and [User's Name Here] Basically said that I was out of luck.I had NO help whatsoever from goozex support. This was back in march but I still absolutely do not want to lose 1000 points. What can I do?
Why did you wait until now to bring this back up?
Can you explain that a little better? I don't really see the problem the way you explained. You requested Fallout 3, and then accidently cancelled. Upon the cancellation being accepted you would be returned the points. I don't see the problem here.
What I got from his last post of this was that he shipped Fallout 3, then accidentally canceled his trade. Leaving him without his game and points.
This seems to be in reference to the following thread:

If you want to repay him back points now you should just buy a gift card and give him the redemption # instead of now trying to settle this through goozex. Its been like 3 months

Did you do what was originally suggested and include all the information required for goozex to look into it? I would think they should have gotten back to you right away.
Yeah, did you email the feedback email that was listed in the other thread with the info about what happened, user name of the other guy, and all that jazz? I don't see how goozex would have not helped you since the other person also posted a thread about it.
non-sequitor
Yes I actually didn't know that post existed until AFTER I posted this one.And I did send them an email and basically all they said was "This is a tough siituation to handle" And I didn't really get a reply.I still have all the shipping info and everything to prove I shipped it.
I would send them another e-mail stating what was stated here. Tell them that you sent the game, the other user didnt recieve it so the trade was cancelled. The other user finally got the game and admitted to getting it therefore you would like to be credited the points for the game. Make sure you include any PM's you shared with the other user as proof that they got the game. Also refer them to this thread and this one http://www.goozex.com/community/forums/t/36303.aspx. The e-mail address is feedback@goozex.com
LOL at the verified answer.
i have left negatives for people to avoid a time out on feedback and then had no trouble getting goozex to reverse the feedback and credit the points to the seller after i actually got the game. in the few instances this happened for me i sent an email to feedback@goozex.com and they fixed it within 24 hours. so after reading the other thread where the buyer seemed to be trying to work things out with you i think your best course of action is to contact him and ask him to once again ask goozex to reverse the feedback. goozex probably can't/won't switch around the point value of the game to whatever suits the two of you. so instead after he initiates the feedback change and you get your points i suggest buying him a goozex or gamestop giftcard to make up the difference. and if the buyer is cool enough to work things out this way instead of just keeping your game then you should throw him an extra few bucks on the gift card and thank him later for being cool about it.
