Simply put, how am I to know the quality of a disc when I request a game? I prefer my games to be in a mint-very good like condition and would be disappointed if I received a game that was a full package, but scratched.
Thanks for helpin me out
You're guaranteed a game in playable condition, but they are used (often by several owners). You will get pristine condition in some cases, but if that's all you're looking for you should probably be buying new games from a retailer

This is what should be expected.
Most of the games I've received I would consider to be in really good/great condition, but I have no idea how that will translate to somebody else. I've also received a few games that were in poor condition, but played so I can't really complain.

Madfigs is pretty much right on the money with that. You will get games that are playable and should be in in acceptable condition. Often times if there is a mar or sticker or something on the packaging or disk users will send you a PM to let you know. Keep in mind they don't have to do this as long as the game is playable.
When you open up that package you will think to yourself...
"Damn it feels good to be a gangster"

May I accompany you?
But instead of a copier may we destroy a fax machine?

Which type/brand of beer are we talking about?
Anyways I got a bat, but will we need anything else?
(If someone tries to mug us we might need Kevlar51 as a bodyguard)
games will come for the part in good shape but not in mint condition but every once in a while you will get one in near mint condition or sealed-- sometimes they arent in great shape because they passed through a few hands but for the most part they would be what you would expect- in nice shape and playable- if they arent then you can file a complaint which i have never had to do

I'm similar to yourself and it was one of the concerns I had with the site early on as well, but I can honestly say that I've received about 35 games and haven't been disappointed with the condition of any of them. Closest thing would be one with a sticker residue complete with hair and crap on the case, but I got that off with some rubbing alcohol. I only deal with PS3 games for the most part though, and Blu Rays are very resilient. That definitely helps.
Expect the unexpected.
Minor scratches? That's a paddlin.
Bent manual? That's a paddlin.
Gamestop sticker on the case? You better believe that's a paddlin.
I'll have a ridiculously difficult last name, so I should come, too.
