Does Goozex have a phone number? I want to know because I am sick of talking to a robot on there email.

Then send them the information they request and i really don't think it is a robot replying to your emails. The Gteam is requesting info from you and they cant help you if you don't give them what they request.

I'm sure they do.  However, I'm also sure that there's a reason why they give email as a method to contact them, and not a phone number.

but this is ridiculous. goozex said they would have my issue resolved within 5 days..... ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS AND I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM. This is my issue, I sent of a game that me and a buyer agreed on. i payed for the shipping to get to him. they sent it to him 3 times and had a bunch of times to go pick it up from the post office and his mailbox but the buyer never did and then said he never received it . well the post office sent it back to me after trying to send it to him 3 times and on the package it showed all the dates they tried and what not, and so in this process the buyer left me negative feedback and said that he never received it, i sent pictures of the package to goozex like i was suppose to do and that was my proof and so its been almost 3 months and goozex still has done nothing and has not got back to me at all yet. so in this case TELL ME does anything think that makes sence that i do my part and pay for the game to get shipped and then i get negative feedback for something that i had no control over. thats why i want goozex phone number because of they said they would get back to my emails with a couple days. well its been almost 3 months and i have got 2 emails from the. so if you could tell me goozex phone number i would appreciate it or someone help me out because of this is ridiculous...

Goozex does not have a direct phone number to call.  The only correspondence is from email. 

A few questions:

  1. Did the Post office say why the package was undeliverable?
  2. Did you verify that you had the correct address for the buyer?
  3. The buyer left a negative it seems, did you escalate it to a dispute?
  4. You say you have gotten two e-mails from goozex.  What did they say and what were their instructions?

A mod will probably flag this for you, but some more information would be helpful.

I can flag the issue for customer service to help get you a response. A few of things I just want to clear up:

 

1) Did either you or the buyer choose the option to escalate the dispute to Goozex?  If so, when?  or is this regarding a closed trade not in dispute?

I'm a little confused there - were the 2 e-mails just automated replies from Goozex or did they directly answer your questions about the dispute.

 

EDIT:

3) Also, i may need some additional information.  I took a look at your account and i'm not seeing any trades in progress.

To help me identify the issue, feel free to shoot me a message with the following:

  • Your and the other trader's user names
  • The item that was traded
  • A brief summary of the issue
  • any details that will help customer service to identify the issue (dates/nature of the any prior correspondence, etc)

You can send me a message here.

 

Once I get a reply (and the information) I can go ahead to send everything over to customer service if needed.
