even IF she did pass out which is so unlikely thats just rediculous, seriously you think a tattoo artist would continue with the risk of him knowing he could get sued over this and hes probably ruining someones life....ha yeah right.

If you were just getting 3 little stars tattooed on you, then you wouldn't even have time to fall asleep (assuming you could even fall asleep while somebody was tattooing your face)...

Hopefully the court will see that she's obviously lying, and not be too prejudice against the guy for all the ridiculous tattoos, and piercings...

I am not familiar with how they do it in Belgium, but here there are forms to fill out before you get work done, they state your name, age, DOB, sometimes DL number, address, signature, and more importantly, the work being done, I have even seen a studio that included a copy of the flash/drawing on this form. I do not see why this would not be the case over there, so...bring on the paperwork!

If this does go to court, I hope the court doesn't take a look at the artist and award the girl's father side, it will be a shame, no way in hell this guy, who eats from drawing on folks, is going to give away 53 free pieces.

I think there should be a 'gun law' on tattoos, a required waiting period of a week or so, to see if people really still want them. The only one I have that i would like to see changed is my very first, and it was the only one I got on a whim, the rest were planned. i think a lot of folks would be happier if they did this, maybe all the sheep wouldn't have ink, it might go out of style before they got out of their waiting period.

I think this is one of the Ten Commandments...

Thou shalt not make any permanent modification to your face unless thou are 21 years of age and have not imbibed alcohol recently.

Agreed.  I saw this story and just thought "Seriously?"  I hope the parlor countersues the girl.
