Here is a link to one of the craziest stories ive ever heard. A girl in belgium went to get 3 stars tattooed by her eye and ended up with 56 all over her face claiming she fell asleep during the tattoos and the artist for some reason tatooed 53 extra stars on her face. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard as noone could sleep while getting their face tattooed for one, and two, no artist would continue tattooing someone who passed out. Just thought it was an interesting story and wanted to share.

that is the exact reason. I really hope the court sees it as easily as anybody else can cause this is hilarious and insane

Tattoos on the nose and cheeks and around the eye socket would be one of the most painful places (that are mentioned in polite company) to tattoo... there's no possible way, unless she was *incredibly* drunk for her to fall asleep through that. And if she was that drunk, theres no way she should have been tattooed. I know tattoo artists who've been blamed and attacked for tattoos people regret (which is one reason for a no drunks! policy at any good parlour), but I've never heard of one being sued for it.

I mean, seriously....

Personally, I don't think I could have slept through any of my tattoos if I tried, drunk or otherwise, let alone getting tattooed in the face.  Either she has an incredible pain threshold or she had one HELL of a weekend and the tattoo artist just didn't care.

stupid people get stupid tattoos and I dont feel sorry for her because from what it sounds like thats was what she wanted 56 stars all over her face until her father stepped in to tell her that her face was really stupid looking and so she changed it to 3 all of a sudden and tried to sue the tattoo artist who ironically also has a screwed up tattooed face

I remember reading about that, the best part was that she was a vegetarian!
