Hello, I'm in a little pickle here. I have a game which I want to trade on Goozex, it's Half Life + Deathmatch + Team Fortress Classic on one CD. I bought it legitimately at Future Shop a couple of years ago. However, I find that the game is not listed in the Goozex video game database, and other versions appear as non-tradeable. What's the problem here?

Valve PC games and other games that tie into Steam are not tradeable due to Steam's terms of service.

I know what you're talking about OP, as I have the same disc, and while it doesn't fall into Kevlar's explanation, the majority of Valve games do mandate a STEAM account, so it would cause more problems than it's worth to make it tradable.  A shame really, but then again, I'd probably never trade it.

EDIT: I should clarify.  That CD didn't need to be register to STEAM to work, as STEAM didn't exist at the time of print, however, many individuals most likely DID register their game with the onset of STEAM, so it would make it untradable at that point.  To bank on the few users that didn't would be kind of silly.
