Get rid of new 7 day negative (no game sent) rule

He may be forced to have that feedback turned around assuming you eventually get the game to him, but at this point, if I were him, I'd make YOU do all the work to have it turned around, not him.  If he receives it, +1 for him, but you'd better be the one bangin on Goozex's door to prove you sent it.  I wouldn't say a word after this outburst. 

The 'buyer' should just C&P the URL for this thread and Goozex would have good reason to overlook this whole ordeal.

I don't know how to do that unless it was after someone sent me money through paypal with their address and it has the button telling me to "print shipping label" which isn' the case in this matter, since it's not ebay.

I was thinking the same thing. Alienshogun looks like a Goozex veteran in this dispute rather then pr3.

excuse (plural excuses)

1. An explanation designed to avoid or alleviate guilt or negative judgement.

I clearly stated it was my fault, so that wasn't avoiding any guilt or negative judgement.  (But apparently none of you have sent out anything a day after accepting a trade).  Technically, my excuse was saying that I am going to ship Tuesday, which I plan on doing (pay attention to #2 for this one)

2.  Yeah, I kind of can't get his address anymore.  So I actually either get a negative (if he won't tell me his address) or will be able to ship it out in time.

(Lets see his reaction to this situation.  I'm going with him not giving me his address.

....I'm inches from reporting a stolen account here.  You really don't know where to get his address from on the Goozex Offers interface?

Not that I recall reading about a lost address to begin with....

And whether you admit wrongdoing or try to cover it up, if you did something to govern negative, you're getting negative.

As stated before. Game was not sent when promised. Multiple times. Buyer sees Seller as poor representation of Goozex Community. Negative feedback is left.

Oh and i AM a veteran. Just not of these forums! Be sure to remember those who died in service to this country this memorial day Gents!

Edit: He probably cant get the address because enough time elapsed that it is no longer posted. That or you guys are right and he can not navigate the site correctly because he is not who he says he is.

Ok, this makes no sense.  Have you been in a dispute on the seller side and needed his address.  It doesn't let you get it after the dispute is opened (which I didn't know) and it's too late.

I do not want to deal with you or people like you. Had you been my 1st experience on this site i would have deleted my account and never looked back.

Wow, I didn't realise 7 days was such a big wait for you guys.  I hope you never buy anything else online (unless you pay the extra $20 for "2 day air" or the $100 for "next day"

edit:  I myself have been waiting 6 weeks 5 days for a product from online to ship to me.  I can prove that if you want.  Here's the tracking number for what I've been waiting for (and I ordered exactly a week before the tracking number, so it shows only 5 weeks 5 days.

7 days isn't a long wait to get something in the mail, but it's been 7+ days and you haven't even started to ship it!

As i said earlier in this thread i got items shipped from illinois in iraq in  7-12 days...

You also had more than 7 days to send it since you agreed to send the game within 3 days on the 13th

The point is you havent even sent it yet and you make this site look bad... very very bad
