Get rid of new 7 day negative (no game sent) rule

If you still haven't sent out the game, why the hell should he not contact you? If your too busy to send a game you commited to sending, shouldn't you be too busy to be playing on xbox live? There's no reason to curse at him either. He should be the upset one not you.

Looks to me like he agreed to send his game on the 18th (even though that is STILL later than his agreed to "ship within 3 days" agreement.

I think the buyer has perfect right to Negative you.

Are you serious.  Do you want me to put up what you said on the dispute to show what you said.  And I gave you a few choices, and you just continue to charge back and not pick a choice.  You keep talking about stuff that I said is true, and then add a little but of BS (like me saying Monday, when it was Wednesday).  And even that bit of info didn't matter.  Either way, I know I didn't send it out.  Read the title of this thread.  I just like the rules the way they were.  What I put up is the reason I thought of how much I hate the new rule.  It should at least be 14 days

OMG, stop talking in the 3rd person.  It's so annoying.  I bolded the part that was in 3rd person cause it really bugs me and makes it seem liek you don't want everyone to know you're in the dispute with me.  And I'm still waiting on which decision you want to pick.  Get the game, or cancel trade and get your spot back in line.

I am just following TOS...

If i were the buyer though i wouldnt want to do buisness with you since you seem untrustworthy and kinda seem to be a mean liar. Just my opinion though.

Edit: And if you want to post the dispute word for word thats on you. But i think that might be against TOS. But i think it may only hurt your cred on this site

- For trades WITHIN the same country (e.g. USA - USA, or Canada - Canada):

A - Max trade timeout 15 days (after which, it's system closed w/positive feedback)
B - 1st alert for feedback: day 10th (5 days before timeout)
C - 2nd alert for feedback: day 13th (2 days before timeout)

Even better you have 15 days. If you mean that the user shouldn't be able to give feedback or you should have 14 days to ship it from when you accepted the trade.. then that's ridiculous.

He is refering to himself in the 3rd person because you aren't supposed to reveal other user's in your posts. The person who "harassed" you because you haven't send out his/her game shouldn't have their name revealed according to the TOS.

Yeah, it's MAX trade timeout fifteen days.  But still 7 days to leave feedback.  I  Want it to be 14 days till you can leave a negative, but you can wait up till 21 days if you want.

More name calling? Really? and you most certainly did not send a message saying Wednesday (not like it matters since you still didnt send it then either) But if you could fabricate that message i might be entertained.

Just take your negative feedback like a man. You already admitted to being lazy and not sending the game.

This is the last i will post in this thread since i have made my point and all you are doing is flaming me and i do not want to break TOS

You know what is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo annoying? You making excuses for why you didn't send the game out when you agreed to send it. Just because you waited 18 days to receive something doesn't make it ok. Make sure you send your games out on time from now on.
