If you get service above and beyond, you can leave a 50 pt tip.
Examples: Getting a sealed brand new game, getting a collector's edition with EVERYTHING, getting a rare game, the seller offering excellent communication and delivery, love, etc.

A tip, or gratuity, is an amount of money given in addition to the purchase price of either an item, or services rendered, to show appreciation, when the other party has gone above and beyond the expected level of service.
I'm not being an ass with a general definition of what a tip is, instead of giving a goozex specific answer. It's the exact same thing here as it is everywhere else.
But, in Restaurants it almost seems required to me. I dont know but I feel like if I have money to eat out I have enough to leave a descent tip even if the food isn't that good. B/c the waiter/waitress doesn't have much control over quality/taste of the food. I might be alone here, but I always tip at restaurants.

As do I , as the server usually gets paid more from tips than salary.
I do too.
I always tip in restaurants as well. However, if the service is poor/pushy they don't get much of a tip.
Whatever you do OP, don't go trolling for tips.

Yeah I always tip at a restaraunt unless the waiter or waitress went out of their way to "uncool" in anyway. In my book that is very hard to do though, usually I just lower the amount given.
On Goozex though I tip pretty frequently except as of lately I haven't been seeing any tip love in return either though...
Tipping isn't as part of the culture internationally as it is in America. Whenever I visit in Maine, I cannot tell you how many times that I hear about how the vacationing Canadians don't understand the notion of tipping. With every restaurant receipt, there is included an explanation of the concept of tipping to our visitors up north.

Lurknomore:Canadians don't understand
Yeah.
I tend to be a fairly generous tipper, and really only demand two things of a server to get a decent tip - make sure I have something to drink with my food, and make sure I have the opportunity to address any issues with the food before it becomes a moot point.
Because it the food is wrong / bad / incomplete I *will* say something ... and after giving the Heimlich to a lady at another table huge Mother's Day brunch at Johnson & Wales back in the early 80's where they were terrible about keeping water pitchers on the tables, I will not eat without *something* to drink ...
As for here, I try to recognize that same sense of 'above & beyond'. If someone goes fishing, it isn't likely to happen ...

Tipping is quite common in Canada, I just think the Canadian visitors are too cheap
